This guy shampooed our carpet a year back. I liked his work. I contacted this guy as I will be moving out of the apartment.
He quoted $40 for shampooing the carpet.
Came to know his wife helps in getting the appliances/bathroom/windows/doors cleaned. Her name is : Teresa Orangle.
She charges $80 for the house cleaning.
I felt $120 is a good deal for both the things. I bargained to get both the things done for $100. I will post the experience later.

I got the carpet cleaned over the weekend by Jose. He did a good job. I recommend him. He came on time.
Teresa came along with her daughter to clean the kitchen, bathroom, windows and doors. They came on time as well. They are a bit slow on their time and told me they dont want to rush thru the cleaning. They did a great job with bathroom/kitchen. I recommend this for any one wants to get the carpet and the house cleaning done within $100.
