I was taking to a friend of mine who has mentioned about a natural way of reducing cholesterol by intake of “Flax Seed”
Most of us eat Rice, Rice and Rice again. Which puts ones cholesterol level high, if not today down the lane we will for sure.
Research has also proved that flex seed naturally reduces cholesterol.
What is Flex Seed :
- It is rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids
- High in Fiber
- Phytochemicals and rich in antioxidents
How to use :
- You can place couple of spoons when having Cereal or with oats
- You can keep couple of spoons when preparing the mix of Chapathi
- Flax seed is also available as Flax Seed Oil which can be substituted of 1 or 2 spoons of regular oil
Availability
You can get it form “Trader Joes”. There are couple of flavors, i got the one which is grounded and added with Blueberries so it will be easy to mix with Oats and cereal.

The person at vitamin shoppe told us, oil is best because the body absorbs it easily. Don’t take oil with hot products. Oatmeal is OK. Best to take with juice.
And take flaxseed oil with highest amount of ligaments..
always refrigerate..

Juice sounds like a good idea, as it is easy and does not take much time. Just add some and drink it.
